Christmas, New Years, and Fourth of July are 7 night minimums, no

Payments can be made with Paypal(add 3%) cashier's check or personal 
check.  We require a security deposit of $250.00 which will be 
refunded 30 days after departure.  The security deposit may not be 
used as part of the rental.  Deposit is the security deposit + one 
nights rental, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.  You may 
cancel within 30 days of arrival.
