from Heavenly ski resort,there is local ski,& snowboard rental shop 
3 blocks away.Snow conditions for skiing are fantastic right now, 
because of all the recent storms.We are having 1 of the best ski 
seasons in years. The ski resorts start closing around the end of 
April. So if you want to enjoy any of this fine Spring skiing come 
rent our cabin for a few days, & enjoy
   Beautiful Lake Tahoe is a 2 block stroll from our front door. You 
can walk down there in the evenings after a day on the slopes to see 
1 of the prettiest sunsets around. 

     We have new appliances, flat top stove, microwave, kitchen 
utencils, complimentary coffee beans,washer, & dryer, cable tv, 
dvd,vhs, cd player, radio, local phone, nice comfortable beds, 
linens provided
     The cabin is non smoking, pet friendly, with fenced front, & 
back yards, theres even a dog door.

   Lake Tahoe the winter wonderland in the Sierra Nevadas.There is 
some of the best skiing in the world here.Heavenly Mountains home 
lodge is 1 1/2 miles from our front door.Or if you don't mind a 
short drive there are numerous other ski resorts a few short miles 
 away.
   Summer season here is fun, & adventure packed.There are water 
sports like boating, water skiing, parasailing, jetskis, kyaks, 
canoes, skindiving, sailing, river rafting for the adventuresome 
type.There is also lake fishing, stream fishing, charter boat fishing
boat rentals for a day cruise. Then there is the paddelboats, they 
take you on a leasurely cruise over, through Emerald Bay(3rd most 
photographed spot in the world).
