Beaver’s Pond is a beautiful and private 30 acres that is surrounded 
by natural wetlands and trees in a rural setting.  We are centrally 
located at the hub of the gateway to the Olympic Peninsula and The 
Olympic National Park. 

Morgan’s House and The Master’s Suite is a wonderful three bedroom, 
two bath country cottage.  The fully furnished house includes a 
large equipped kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, a large private 
hot tub, a big deck overlooking the pond with a Texas style smoking 
barbecue and picnic table. There is a large yard with a fire ring 
for family gatherings. There are 2 TV’s, 2 CD players, 2 Phones, 
2 VCR’s, 50 video's, a book, and music CD library along with board
games, cards, and yard games availble.  
There is a combination dining / living room with a pass through 
from the kitchen to a dining area that seats 6-8 comfortably.  All 
dishes and linens are provided. 

The Master Suite at one end of the house offers a large room with a 
wonderful queen size cedar bed in the sleeping area.  Immediately 
adjacent there is a comfortable sitting area with an electric 
fireplace and view overlooking the pond. The kitchenette is fully 
equipped and includes the amenities of a small refrigerator, 
toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a basket with tea and coffee to 
start your first day with.  There is a dining area inside or you may 
want to enjoy your breakfast outside at the small table for two. The 
Kitchenette has beautiful granite floors that flow into the private 
bathroom where a Jacuzzi tub awaits you.  The private bathroom also 
features a pedestal sink and separate stall shower and is decorated 
in a Hawaiian theme.  

The outside sitting area overlooks the pond and has a small private 
barbecue for your use.  Other amenities include a TV, VCR, Phone, CD 
player, and a small library of Cd’s, video movies, board games, 
puzzles and reading materials for your enjoyment.  

The private pond (no license required) is for catch and release 
fishing.  There is a rowboat and fishing poles for your use.  There 
are also many wonderful bays, coves, beaches and lakes close by to 
clam and or set your kayaks in.  You can rent bikes and kayaks at 
the Port Ludlow Marina as well as hire a boat (sail or motor) for a 
water excursion.  

Although there are short walking paths and viewing areas of the 
wetlands on the property.  For more robust hiking or biking trails 
there is assess to 600 acres just around the bend.  The half mile 
hike at Ludlow Falls is a wonderful morning hike followed up with a
coffee and pastry at Once Upon A Time, a quaint 
little coffee boutique located at the Port Ludlow Village.  Boating 
excursions (sail or power) kayak and bike rentals are available at 
Port Ludlow Marina.  Bait, Tackle, and Fishing licenses are also 
available there.
