Welcome to Seas the Day! 

On the southern end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach is regarded as
the most gorgeous beach in all of Florida. Enjoy and relax in an
OCEANSIDE ground floor condo located adjacent to the pool. Take a
three minute walk and you are on a beautiful white sand beach. If you
prefer, you may drive your 4 wheel drive vehicle loaded with beach
chairs, books, coolers, music, and toys for the kids right onto the
beach. 

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second
bedroom has two twin-size beds. Sleeper sofa in living room with
full-size pull out bed. Two full bathrooms and a well appointed
kitchen including a new range, dishwasher, washer and dryer, make it
comfortable for everyone. The unit has three new televisions, each
with a DVD player and over 70 cable channels. 

There is also a Playstation hooked up in the guest bedroom with games.
We have young children and keep an ample supply of beach towels,
kites, and board games also for your use.

Freshly painted with new ceramic tile and carpeted bedrooms. Two
patios, one off livingroom near the swimming pool, and the second off
the Master Bedroom. We will provide you with information sheets that
include the restaurants that the locals like to go to for the best
food at reasonable prices. 

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Note: the
cleaning person says that it is fine with her if you arrive early -
but please just drop off your bags and head to the beach or grocery
store until 3 pm. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Note: They are currently working on renovations in our complex and
expect to be completed in April. There may be someone hammering or
doing constuction work in or around the unit. 

*Note: An adjacent condo is also available for rent. Bring along
friends and family!  

Phone, Air Conditioning, SONY Playstation and games, 3 Cable TVs, 3
DVD players,Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking
Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Pool (shared),
Charcoal Grill (BBQ), Cooler, Boombox and Chairs for the beach.

Activities (on site or nearby): 50 min.from Jacksonville Airport
(JAX), 12 Golf Courses nearby, Ghost Tours of St. Augustine, Ripley's
Believe it or Not Museum, The Alligator Farm, St. Augustine
Lighthouse, Take a tour on the trolley or on a horse drawn carriage,
1.5 hours away from Orlando, 45 min drive to Daytona, take a cruise on
Matanzas Bay, visit the Fountain of Youth, shop on quaint St. George
Street, visit the site of the first Roman Catholic Mass held in North
America, World Golf village with Hall of Fame just north of the city,
Kennedy Space Center 1.5 hours away, or just lie on the beach and take
it easy!
