has retained its rich Spanish heritage. This unit is on the second
floor with elevator access and faces south to enjoy the sun all year
round! There is a jacuzzi unit with an enclosed courtyard and hot
tub a short walk away. This is a NON SMOKING / NO PETS unit.
The property is professionally managed on site by Saint Augustine
Ocean and Racquet Resort. For your enjoyment, the property also
includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 Jacuzzi’s,
tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, grilling area,
fishing ponds, direct beach access via two boardwalks and 24-hour
security. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings,
reunions and weddings.

is full of fun and exciting things for every age and interest. The
beach is great for swimming, surfing, jogging, fishing,
sandsculpture, watching a sunrise, or searching for shells.
If you enjoy golf, the St Augustine area is famous for its world
class facilities. There are public courses as well as World Golf
Village, near I-95, which features two, championship 18-hole
courses. The PGA is headquartered just north in Ponte Vedra.
