The third bedroom, or Paniolo room (meaning "Cowboy" in Hawaiian), 
doubles as a den and has a pull out Queen size sleeper sofa for 
guests.  As with each of the bedrooms, it is equipped with a TV/VCR
or DVD for your enjoyment.

Both bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and tropical soaps for 
your liberal use.  Beach towels and other items are available such 
as books, hiking & travel guides, beach mats, binoculars & sundries.

New appliances in the kitchen make meal preparation easy especially 
with fully stocked cookware and utensils.  Spices are availabe for 
your use as are a starter supply of teas & Kona coffee.

Watch the sunset from the lanai or livingroom sofa while hearing the 
waves of the ocean and experiencing the soft colors of Hawaiian 
skies...

A short walk across Puako Beach Drive will take you to the footpath 
for Puako Beach where sea turtles may be found in their natural 
habitat and some of the best snorkeling and diving is found in the 
world.  Pristine and protected waters are found in Puako,  this is 
the heart of the dry side of the island waters! 

Swimming pool, tropical setting, fresh seasonal fruit in the garden 
may be picked for a smoothie or snack, High Speed Internet access, 
THIRD FLOOR VIEW, easy & multiple beach accesses, grocery store 
access on small footpath beside condo complex for extra supplies if 
needed, Flat screen DVD, cable, fax, phone.

$100.00 maid fee not included in the above pricing.  Extended stays
have option for additional cleaning.  Hawaii tax not included.

Terms:  3 day deposit to confirm reservation and 30 advance of any 
cancellation  is required to ensure guest availability.  This owner 
is PayPal verified and approved!  Visa/Mastercard accepted.
