secluded. The location is spectacular � both for the scenic views
and it is next to Tacoma Narrows Airport (where you may hire Fixed
Wing and Helicopter Adventures) and for its close proximity to golf

the enchanting area of Gig Harbor, the waters of Puget Sound,
Olympic Rain Forest, Seattle and Tacoma.

Cancellation:
Presently, Wurlitzer Manor does not require a deposit when reserving
time to vacation Garden or Soundview Homes.
Wurlitzer Manor understands that occasionally cancellations are
unavoidable.
A confirmed reservation made 10 days before arrival, the reservation
must be cancelled 48 hours (2 days) from arrival and confirmed by
Wurlitzer Manor, no fee will be applied. Should a reservation be
cancelled a 50% (based on number of nights reserved) cancellation
fee will be charged to your credit card.
Reservations made more then 10 days for one or more months in
advance will be charged 40% (based on number of nights) reserved if
cancelled 20 days or less from time of arrival. The reservation
maybe cancelled if Wurlitzer Manor is notified 20 days or more
before date of arrival and confirmed by Wurlitzer Manor.
