We are three blocks from the Seawall!  Convenient to the Strand, 
Moody Gardens, the Convention Center and all the great Restaurants 
are only a few minutes away.  

We are thrilled to present this newly renovated house with 3 
bedrooms 
with the softest bedding in town, one faux finished bath 
with a full tub and shower and a gorgeous newly designed kitchen.  

The house is approx. 1300 sq.ft. and offers 2 Queen Size Beds and 1 
set of bunk beds (the kids love'm), 2 sofas and 1 loveseat.  (We also 
have 2 additional twin mattresses for extra guests).  

There is a fenced yard and gated driveway with plenty of side street 
parking. 

Please bring your cell phone as we do not have phone service at this 
time.  

We do not rent to prom groups, school groups, spring break groups, 
fraternities or sororities.  We welcome families, family oriented 
groups and small coporate groups only.  

The main renter muse be 25 years of age.  Photo ID is required at 
the time of check in.  

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels and toilet paper for 
your convenience.  

Smoking is allowed outside.  Ashtrays are provided outside 
for your convenience.  Please do not throw butts in the yard. 

We want to be your beach home away from home!

We are located in a neighborhood 3 blocks from the Seawall and only 
minutes away from the Strand, the Convention Center or Moody Gardens 
and the new Shlitterbaun!!  
 

Summer Rates: 
Weekly:   
$950 (in Sun. after 6:00 pm / out Sun. by 1:00 pm)
 
Weekend:  
$450 (in Fri. after 6:00 pm / out Sun. by 1:00 pm)  
   
Fall Rates: 
Weekly:    
$750 (in Sun. after 6:00 pm - out Sun. by 1:00 p.m.)
 
Weekend: 
$350 (in Fri. after 6:00 pm - out Sun. by 1:00 p.m.)
 
Additional days may be added - depending on availability.  

Add 15% Occupancy tax to all rental rates.

Deposit of $300 is required for all rentals and will be refunded 
within 7 days of departure. 

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders or credit card 
payments through "Pay Pal".  Personal checks must be received at 
least 10 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations are required 7 days before the arrival date.  Full 
advanced rental fees and deposits will be refunded if cancellations 
are made before the 7 days.  Cancellations within the 7 day period 
will forfeit the total deposit amount.
