2 Bedrooms - Master is queen bed with private bath.  Large windows 
facing ocean and direct access to balcony.  2nd bedroom had 2 full 
size beds.  Both rooms have plenty of dresser space and large 
closets.  There is a queen sized sofa bed in family room.  Cable TV 
with DVD and VCR.  Phone is local.  Kitchen is fully stocked with 
amenities including microwave, dishwasher and ice maker.  Dining room 
table seats 6.  Full size washer and dryer too.

Amenities

Parking has one assigned space at building. Plenty of extra spaces because our unit is next to unbuildable beach access lot. Leaves lots of extra parking and fantastic views. No major high rises, so beach is not as crowded.

Attractions

Putt-putt, food, ice cream, movies, arcades, pubs, salons, etc within walking distance. Rides and boardwalk are a couple of miles away. Tax free outlet malls are with 30 minutes.

Rates

June weeks $1750 per week(includes taxes and fees) July and August $1875 per week (includes taxes and fees) Email for other times and weekends. We only rent Saturday to Saturday June to August. This unit is NO Smoking and NO Pets. You must be 25 years or older to rent this unit.
