This is a Great vacation home where you can get away from it all and 
still have access to the amenities of town.

Located just 80 miles north of Eureka, Crescent City California 
is "where the Redwoods meet the sea".
  Our Northern California Coastal Vacation Rental is a 
1918 "Craftsman Style" Home which I have been totally restoring since 
2001. Each year I add new amenites - This year we added a 150 sq foot 
attached deck accesable through a glass french door off the kitchen. 
A set of stairs leading to a private fenced yard with a gas BBQ and a 
three compartment comercial S/S sink.
  We have 2100 sq feet with 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and many amenities 
(TV/Stereo/VCR/DVD, Satellite TV, Local phone, Fax, all linens and 
dishes, high speed internet). The home comfortably sleeps 8. 

  Very nicely located just 1 block from Brother Jonathan Park, 3 
blocks from a skateboard/tennis/baseball park, 5 blocks to front 
street park, 5 blocks to town, 1.5 mi to the airport, and 2 blocks 
from Brother Jonathan Point (where you have great ocean and mountain 
views and nearby beach access). 

  The outdoor activities include a visit to the giant coastal 
Redwoods, Ocean fishing (Rock Cod, Ling Cod, Halibut, Salmon), River 
fishing (Salmon, Steelhead, native Trout) Hiking, Camping, Surfing, 
white water rafting, Lily Festival, Azalea Festival, Sea Cruise, 
Whale Watching (migration path), Aleutian Goose Festival in March 
(migration path of the entire population of Aleutian Geese who stop 
over, in March 2002 we had 40,000 birds stop over). 
Battery Point Lighthouse and Point Saint George Lighthouse which are 
historical wonders. 
  Come visit us and enjoy the oldest Redwood trees on earth and 
beautiful sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.
