some special local Whidbey Island history. Redwood Retreat Cottage 
resides on about an acre of wooded property, including a few Redwoods.

This one bedroom charmer has a nice open floorplan with a traditional 
fireplace in the living room, a dining room area and full kitchen. A 
pull-out sleeper futon in the living room area offers extra 
accommodations. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and there is a small 
laundry facility. The large bedroom has slider French Doors that open 
to the large, private deck. The cottage sits on its own wooded acre 
and offers maximum privacy. Private community beach access is a short 
walk away. 

Fully stocked cottage with linens, towels --fully stocked kitchen.  
Jetted bath, small laundry with washer/dryer. Full deck with gas 
barbeque, outdoor firepit,pee-a-boo water views, traditional fireplace, 
TV/VCR/Stero/CD player, private phoneline, private beach access a short 
walk away. 

Use Whidbey Island as your jumping off point to explore other areas of 
the Northwest, including: Pt Townsend to the west on the Olympic 
Peninsua, La Connor to the NW of the island, or any of the many points 
of interests in and between on the island. 

The Lovely town of Langley is a quick 6 miles away. This ecclectic 
town is choc-a-block full of Artsy stores, shops, galleries and 
eateries. Saratoga Woods is 3 miles, where you can hike wooded trails 
and take in lovely vistas. The westside of Langley is a 10 minute 
drive. You can get to our local community beach in 5 minutes to walk 
out on the dock and view the Cascades to the East or drive to Double 
Bluff on the west side in about 10 minutes and see the shipping lanes 
and view the Olymipics Mountain Range to the West.
	 
Come spend a few day destressing amoungst tall trees and wildlife --

Nightly Rates start at $169/double + 10.3% tax / $20 + tax extra per 
night per extra guest.  Weekly rates are available

Required Stay: two night minimum / three nights holiday weekends
Lodging Tax: 10.3%

Cancellation Policy: 20% Cancellation Policy. With less than one weeks 
notice, there is no refund on deposit. We are a small business, and 
last minute cancellations impact us greatly.

Deposits: One Night deposit to secure reservation. One-third deposit 
for weekly or longer stays.

Other Fees: **A $50.00 cleaning fees may apply if cottage is not left 
as found** Pets are considered at Redwood Retreat Cottage. Please call 
us for current pet rules/fee.

Other Policies: NO Smoking at Redwood Retreat Cottage ~ Allowed 
outside only.
