Spend your vacation relaxing in our spacious one-level, ground 
floor, end unit, bay front condo with fully tiled floors.  The 
living room and each of the bedrooms open onto a bay front patio.  
The views from the patios are beautiful.  From the comfort of the 
patio enjoy your time watching people passing by on Bayside Walk and 
all the water activity on Santa Clara Cove and Sail Bay.  Step oout 
onto lawn, sand and water.  You can rent sailboats, catamarans, 
kayaks, wind surfers, jet skis, on Santa Clara Point a short walk 
around the cove.  Also on Santa Clara Point is the Santa Clara 
Recreation Center with tennis and basketball courts.  At night you 
can watch the Sea World fireworks from the condo.  The beautiful 
Pacific Ocean is just two blocks away.  

The dining room seats 6.  The open kitchen is fully equipped for 
eating in and enjoying the quiet serenity of Mission Bay, or if you 
choose, experience the excitement and activity of the North Mission 
Beach restaurants and night life just one block away.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The 2nd 
bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a pull out queen 
sleeper couch.  The main bathroom is a full bath with tub, shower 
and large vanity.

There are two outdoor patio tables each seating 6, and there is an 
outdoor gas grill available.

Our property is a private home which we make available as a vacation 
rental to responsible guests.  It is not a party house.  NO SMOKING 
AND NO PETS.

Phone (free local calls), Cable TV, VCR, DVD,  Stereo, fully 
equipped  Kitchen with Coffee maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided.  Outdoor 
gas grill, laundry room with pay washer and dryers located in 
building, parking for two cars, one in a single garage and one in 
the driveway.  Additional public parking is available on Santa Clara 
Point. 

Walking, Biking, Rollerblading, Boating, Surfing, Sailing, Jet 
skiing, Water skiing, Wind surfing, Parasailing, Fishing, Golf, 
Tennis, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, and Theaters, Belmont 
Amusement Park with the famous Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, a 
Fitness Center with indoor pool and “The Wave”. 

May - Sep .. $2800/week (one-week minimum paid in advance).
Oct - Apr ................ $3000/month (one-month minimum).
$500 refundable reservation/security deposit.
Additional city imposed occupancy tax 10.5%.
Cleaning fee included in rent and provided between guests only.
