depending on your pace!

observing pelicans, dolphins and other marine wildlife.  Perfectly 
situated for visiting Central Coastal Wineries as seen in the movie, 
Sideways, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Malibu & L.A.  Cruise along
spectacular PCH 1.  Maybe you'll see at star or two while sipping a 
latte at Starbucks in Malibu!  Or just enjoy the beach and a 
barbeque in your backyard.  You have many choices!

$600 refundable security depositfor weekly rental or less. $45 
processing fee.  Monthly security deposit equals one month's rent.  
Security deposit is separate from rental and fully refundable 
provided premises are left in a clean and undamaged condition.
