"After much research, we elected to stay at this well located condo. 
All was in order. Easy access near main roads. All highways nearby 
with excellent signs. Near large number of amenities (grocery 
stores, restaurants). Very quick drive to tourist areas. Near small 
airport but no problem with noise.  The community pool is quite 
attractive. We also felt safe and welcome. And we loved San Diego! 
It was a very positive experience working with the owner too".

Payment Policy: 50% of total rent required at the time of

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not 
available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds can only be 
issued if rental can be re-rented. A $150 service charge will be 
applied.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that 
may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
