 The house is surrounded by Forest Conservancy Land; side, 
back and across the street. 1/2 block to open Forestry Land for 
hiking, biking, jogging. In winter it is great for 
Snow Mobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and sledding 
right from the house... yet close to all amenities , shopping, 
restaurants. Casinos and night life less than a 10 minute drive. The 
beach/lake Tahoe for boating, boat rental,kyaking, Paddle Boat tour, 
and dinner cruises are all within about a 10 minute drive. There are 
3 golf courses in South Lake Tahoe, the well known Edgewood is a 
fabulous place to play a round of golf... on the lake with 
spectacular views of lake and mountains, something to remember for 
ever. Incline Village on the North side of the lake and 
Carson City in Nevada are about 1/2 hour drive away if that. 
Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is 5 minutes drive. Sierra Ski is about 
15 minutes drive. 
Camp Richardson a 10 minute drive, has a great marina, beach and 
outdoor dining with live music. The beautiful scenic Emerald Bay is

Holidays: ask about Holiday rates.
A one time fee of $150 for cleaning. 
A $400 refundable deposit per agreement, is required to hold 
a reservation. 

Reservations can not be held until rental agreement is signed and 
returned with monies due.
