Description
|
|
Bathsheba, the rugged Atlantic Coast for surfers, hikers, bikers.
Bathsheba, St. Joseph, East Coast, Barbados, Caribbean.
Surfers, hikers and mountain bikers look no further, your authentic
Barbadian Beach House awaits!
Directly opposite the famous 'Bathsheba Rock Pool' beach and a grassy
shaded park sits a renovated traditional Barbadian Style beach house
with three bedrooms (wash basins and built in closets in each), and
one full bathroom.
It is fully furnished (new stove/washing machine/fridge), with
internal shower and external beach shower, solar hot water, outside
barbecue, supplied with plates, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery,
toaster/
toaster oven/microwave/local TV, CD player/radio with plenty of
secure off-street parking. Bed linens, beach towels and bath towels
supplied for each person.
Telephone (local calls), Utilities are included. It is secure and
will sleep six adults comfortably. Ideally suited to families or
couples looking for a self catering holiday with an authentic
Barbadian flavour. Located on the best surf beach on the island.
Extra housekeeping services are available depending on requirements.
The house is located in the picturesque seaside village of Bathsheba
on the wild Atlantic coast of Barbados.
There is a local Bajan restaurant next door and several low key East
Coast hotels within walking distance for dining/drinking along with a
local "Rum Shop" nearby serving drinks and local food.
The East Coast of Barbados is well known for its rugged beauty and
rustic charms. The Atlantic rollers break on the large rocks at sea
to form beautiful mist and foam. A trip along the East Coast Road
gives rise to a most spectacular seascape with the huge Atlantic
waves breaking over rocks and reefs to form small pools close to
shore.
The scene is completed by the presence of looming hills and mountains
inland. Here you will find the "Soup Bowl" a popular spot for surfing
and scene of an annual international competition (Kelly Slater
comes). The house is on the best surf beach on the island, it is also
a great location for mountain biking and hiking and even offers a
true Bajan seaside experience.
