Our large, luxurious cabins are located in the North Georgia 
Mountains overlooking beautiful Carter's Lake. Designed for family 
reunions, church retreats, corporate outings or that special get-a-
way with friends. Lakeview Lodge will accommodate  up to 21 people 
and Carter's Cove will accommodate up to 16 people. The cabins, just 
outside the town of Ellijay, are only about 90 minutes from Atlanta 
or about an hour from Chattanooga. Each has three bedrooms, three 
baths, a bonus room (4th bedroom), a loft, large dining table and 
spacious family room. Located in a secluded, gated community called 
Lakeland Estates. It is perfect for both weekend getaways and week-
long vacations or adventures. (There is a two-night minimum.)


Make yourself at home sitting out on the spacious deck in one of the 
multiple rocking chairs and just soak in the scenery. You can almost 
taste the relaxation of rocking on the deck and looking out over the 
3200 acre Carter's Lake. Add in an outdoor gas grill (for those 
perfect cookouts), a hot tub (kids, newlyweds, rekindling the 
romance, or just flat out relaxing), and a piano (remember the sing-
a-longs you enjoyed as a kid?) all included for your enjoyment. The 
lodge is fully furnished and the kitchen fully-equipped for settings 
of 16 people. Games, card tables, satellite TV, DVD, and VCR are on 
site.

There is a two-night minimum. A longer minimum stay may be required 
during Peak Season, some holidays or for Special Events. One week 
minimums are common during Fourth of July Week, Thanksgiving and 
Christmas.

Peak Season rates apply in the month of October and the holiday 
weeks of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas, & New Year's. 
There is a cleaning fee ($75 for 6 or less guests, $100 more than 6 
guests) per rental plus applicable taxes. 
Unless confirmed, rates and effective dates are subject to change 
without notice. 
$300 Reservation Deposit due at time of booking. If reservation is 
made by credit card, no security deposit is required. Reservations 
by check require a $300.00 Security Deposit in addition to the 
Reservation Deposit. Security Deposits are refunded after your stay 
unless damage occurs or anyone smokes inside the cabin. 
Final Payment DUE 30 days prior to rental. Failure to pay balance by 
due date stated in your reservation agreement will cause your 
reservation to be canceled and your reservation deposit to be 
forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: All monies paid are refundable if you cancel 
giving more than 14 days notice prior to rental. Less than 14 days: 
NO REFUND. A small service charge is assessed for refunding credit 
card payments.
