This villa is nestled in a gated community and features 
cable/satellite TV, a video library, a balcony, a hot tub and a 
pool.  Also, there is a clubhouse for one's enjoyment, a 
kitchenette, a comfortable dining room, heat and air conditioning, a 
deck on which to relax, and onsite security.  Linens are included.  
Please, no pets and no smoking.

The villa includes appliances such as an AM/FM radio, ceiling fans, 
answering machine, CD player, cassette player, telephone, and 
stereo.  Other amenities for one's personal comfort include cookware 
and utensils, cooking range, oven, coffemaker refridgerator, 
microwave, and a freezer to keep the fish caught that day.  There is 
also a television and a washer/dryer set.

The villa is located on Harbor Island close to a private beach that 
offers breathtaking sunsets, and a chance to see some of the local 
wildlife, such as dolphins, pelicans, and horseshoe crabs.  The 
Marina nearby (1 mile) provides the opportunity to purchase freshly 
caught fish to cook on the courtyard grills.  Here, a person can 
rent and ride bicycles and boats, hike or bike local trails, fish, 
jet ski, or cool off in the library.  There is also a pool table, a 
gym, a park for the whole family, and a tennis court.

Winter rates start 12/1/05 and end 2/28/06.  The daily rate is 
80.00, the weekly rate is 550.00, and the monthly rate is 1250.00.  
Spring rates start 3/1/06 and end 5/14/06.  Daily rate is 120.00, 
and weekly rate is 740.00.  Summer rates start 6/15/06 and end 
9/15/06.  The weekly rate is 850.00.  Fall rates start 9/16/06 and 
end 11/30/06.  The daily rate is 110.00 and weekly rate is 700.00.  
There is a 3 night minimum stay, except during the summer.  
Reservations made less than 5 days prior to arrival must be paid in 
full.  Cancel within 7 days for a refund.  A $200.00 deposit is 
required.  A gate/parking pass can be purchased at the checki-in 
gate.
