The oceanfront cottage is located in the quiet,gated community of
Kapoho Beach Lots. Kapoho is a rare treasure of Old Hawaii
lifestyle and is the gateway to fine snorkeling, fishing, and
beautiful sunrises. It is one of the few Big Island oceanfront
communities where one can easily swim with the turtles. The cottage
is the ideal place for couples, a few good friends, or a small
family looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.
The cottage is right on the ocean and has it’s own private steps
leading into the swimming area...only 3 steps away! Snorkeling is
ideal here as our swimming area is home to many colorful reef fish.
The ocean replenishes our swimming cove so rest assured the water is
clean & pristine. A few minutes' swim or walk away is the popular,
volcanically heated, Champagne Ponds where turtle sightings are
frequent.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is newly furnished with a queen
bed, 2 queen sofa beds, and new dining set.
Entry to ocean and snorkeling is in your backyard! Phone, Satellite
TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils
provided, Linens provided, Towels provided, Washer, Dryer. 4 sets
of snorkeling gear (adjustable- 2 adult, 1 lg child, 1 sm child),
and 2 boogie boards.
We are in a quiet gated community off of a near traffic-less road.

We are located less than 1 hour's drive from Volcano and 35 minutes
drive South of Hilo Town.
The nearest town is the quaint town of Pahoa (10-15 minutes). This

Rates |
|
Security deposit: $100 returned upon key return less any damage
charges if applicable.
Daily: $135 per night (3 night minimum)
Holiday Rate: $195 per night (bookings during Memorial Day 5/26-
5/30, Independence Day 7/1-7/5, Labor Day 9/1-9/4, Thanksgiving
(11/22-11/27), and Christmas 12/15- 1/6)
PLUS: $75 Cleaning Fee and and State (GE and Transient
Accomodations) Taxes 11.41%.
To reserve: 50% of Balance due to reserve. Remaining 50% is due at
key pick-up.
