Interested in having the best of both worlds? Stay at this cute 
1850's farmhouse on a beautiful farm road that is between Rt. 4 and 
Rt. 7. One half mile to Rt. 7 there is Rutland Downtown that has 
everything from the Diamond Run Mall, movie theatres, great 
restaurants, video stores, grocery stores... One half mile in the 
other direction, toward Rt. 4, another great road that has 
everything to offer! Plus going this way you are 5 miles to Pico 
Mountain and 13 miles to Killington Mountain! 

This house is ideal in Spring & Summer too!  There is a beautiful 
Community Pool on this very street.  It is easy to spend the whole 
day there.  Hiking, biking, you name it, Vermont has it!

This farmhouse has fabulous mountain views from the kitchen and 
deck, not to mention the 4 open acres that it sits on. The house has 
just been remodeled inside with a great kitchen that opens up to the 
living area with a beautiful full bath downstairs. Upstairs has a 
great master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of room for all 
your things. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed that 
has another double bed below and a single bed above. The area 
outside the bedrooms is spacious and has a double futon with play 
station & cable T.V. Sleeps max 8. 

We would love to have people enjoy this area of Vermont! 

Skiing, hiking and bike riding is all right here!  Killingtin 
Mountain, Pico Mountain, hiking trails right from our back yard.  We 
are also next door to the elementary school that has a enormous 
playscape for the kids as well as baseball fields, basketball courts 
and soccer field!  On our street there is also Northwood park that 
has Tennis courts, basketball courts and a beautiful Community Pool 
open to all with a minimal daily fee.  This residential area is 
amongst a few beautiful farms that are breathtaking!
