The living room has a  furnished patio with Ocean views that overlooks
a green belt. Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, stove, oven,
refridgerator.  A laundry area in the unit with washer and dryer. 

Walk through your private gate to the beach and experience spectacular
views of the Channel Islands, Santa Monica Mountains and the ocean
while strolling along a 50-acre beachfront area that includes a pier
for great fishing and crabbing.  A lovely fish restaurant and plenty
of play areas for kids and adults alike. 

Surfside III includes an indoor heated pool and spa area that includes
a game area and small reading library.  A tot lot for kids to play on.
Basketball courts and an outdoor fitness area. 

In minutes you can be at the  Channel Islands Harbor or the Ventura
Harbor.  Both have a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment
and water 
activities. 

If you feel like getting out a bit, just drive a half hour either
direction up the coast to Santa Barbara or down the coast to Malibu.
Continue another thirty minutes up from Santa Barbara to the Santa
Ynez Valley and take a "Sideways" wine tour or try your luck at the
Chumash Casino. Or... head a bit further the other direction and see
Disneyland, Universial Studios or Knotts Berry Farm.  

Los Angeles and Santa Monica are just one hour away where you can 
enjoy the Getty Center, Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, Hollywood Bowl, 
Staples Center, Universal Studios and City Walk or the Third Street 
Promenade. 

One month rentals are $2000.00 per month. *
One + rentals are 1800.00 per montb.
1500.00 deposit is required.
Rental rates include all utilites except cable and telephone service. 
If you would like cable/dsl, there is an extra $50.00 charge for the
month, per month.  Telephone service is up to you, since most people
have cell phones these days most of our monthly renters just use their
cell phones to keep in touch w/ visitors. 

*HOA limits rentals to a minimum of one month at a time. (ie...no
weekly rental leases are allowed).  But, you can stay either a week,
10 days, the full month when you sign a one month lease.
