Excellent family vacation rental completely furnished and 
artistically decorated.  House has deck with oceanview and from the 
living room and master bedroom.  The house is located about 1 1/2 
blocks from the ocean with access 3 blocks away. Beach is a sandy 
flat beach that one can walk for long distance.  There is a two car 
garage with garage opener. There is a third sleeping area with a 
double futon bed.

Wood burning woodstove with wood provided for cozy fire viewing on 
cool days.  Gas barbecue/deck furniture.  DVD/VCR and TV. In the 
summer a large private swimming pool is available for guests for a 
small fee about 8 blocks from the house.  Tennis courts also 
available.  

Nearby attractions in Waldport some flea markets, antique shops and 
a fresh fish market and restaurant.  An excellent video store and 
decent grocery stores 3 miles from the house.  In Newport 13 miles 
away are many fine restaurants, a world class aquarium, Marine  
Discovery Center, an old town with shops and art galleries along the 
bay.  Ripley's Beieve It Or Not for the kids attraction is there as 
well.

In the summer or high season we rent by the week or month only $800. 
per week plus a $50. cleaning deposit.  From Sept.15-June 15th we 
rent with a two night minimum at the rate of $110. per night plus a  
$50. cleaning fee.  The week rental for this period is $600. plus 
$50. cleaning fee.
