with all hardwood floors.  There is a satellite television in every 
room including the screened porch. Renters have used this property as 
the site for reunions, weddings and rehearsal dinners.  
There is plenty of parking room for vehicles, boats and trailers.  
There are two public boat launches nearby.

This vacation home is fully furnished with bed linens, towels, paper products, soaps, dinnerware for 12, pots and pans. The main house has a large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, smoothe top stove with convection oven, super sized washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and CD player. The Bay Cottage has a kitchenette with coffee pot, toaster oven, two burner stove and small refrigerator.

Attractions

The Bay House is located approximately 20 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. It is five miles south of the Grand Hotel and 10 miles south of downtown Fairhope.
