Microwave as well at electric range.  Wood stove with glass front.  
Shower in main bath, clawfoot tub in second bath.

Week or half-week stays begin 4 p.m. Monday or Friday, end noon 
Monday or Friday (On short notice, if available, other days of the 
week can be considered)

WINTER (12/1 - 2/28) $350 week, $200 half week
EARLY/LATE (3/1 - 5/31; 10/1 - 11/30) $400 week, $250 half week	
SUMMER (6/1 - 9/30) $500 week, $300 half week		

Rates apply to a party of two.  Add $20 each additional adult, $10 
each additional child. Add 10% for local and state taxes and 
administration

SHORT NOTICE DISCOUNTS
Reservations made within a month of arrival receive a 20% discount.  
Reservations made within two weeks of arrival receive a 30% discount.
