"A place you can really relax" This condo features a wide gorgeous

equipped with elevator and a "prime" location. If you enjoy the look 
the sound and the breeze that you get from being on the ocean you 
will absolutely love this condo. This unit has been completely 
remodeled from top to bottom. With features such as; new kitchen 
cabinets w/granite countertops and backsplash, French doors, 
porcelain tile floors, new vanities with marble tops, new leather 
living room furniture, new bedroom furniture with top of the line 
bedding, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, you really have to 
see this one to appreciate it.

Ocean Village is located in Hutchinson Island which is bordered 
by the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. Ocean Village is a 
private, gated resort, impeccably landscaped, that has every amenity 
you could possibly want at a price that you'd find hard to match. 
Once you are in Ocean Village, a par-3 9 Hole Executive Golf Course,
(free in the off season-#3.00 fee and tee time in peak season), an 
Olympic Size heated pool with Jacuzzi, kiddy-pool, full service tiki 
bar, sauna, etc. will be at your disposal. In addition, you will be 
able to enjoy two additional heated pools, 2 bocce courts, 10 tennis 
courts, a putting green, a 6-hole miniature golf course, volleyball 
court, 2 shuffleboard courts and more. You'll love the atmosphere of 
our 4 star restaurant "Kristi's by the Ocean" with gourmet food, 
dancing and live entertainment both inside and outside.  
    Ocean Village is easily accessible to Disney World (2 hours), 
and the Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale activities. Vero Beach is 1/2 
hour north, Stuart is 1/2 hour south and Jensen Beach is only 15 
minutes away. Downtown Fort Pierce, inland, is only minutes away and 
has a great selection of shops, restaurants and a marina filled with 
manatees, tiki bars and plenty of local entertainment and 
activities. If you can find the time, book a day trip to the Bahamas 
at the Marina.

-Walt Disney World is approximately 2 hours away.
-The Kennedy Space Center is 1 1/2 hours north and is well worth the 
drive. 
-Gambling:-Fort Pierce Jai Alai located on King's Highway. Off-Track 
betting as well.
-Baseball:-If you're a baseball enthusiast, Ocean Village is only a 
1/2 hour away from the LA Dodger's(Vero Beach)and NY Met's(St. Lucie 
West) Spring Training Camps.
-Golf: Outside of our course that is included with your rental for a 
nominal ($3.00) fee:
 -Within a half hour drive, golf enthusiasts can access 20 
championship public golf courses. 
-Fishing:-The Fort Pierce South Jetty, minutes away, boasts the best 
fishing in Florida. You can also catch Bluefish, Pompano and other 
species right on our beach in the winter months.
-Shopping:-3 Major shopping Malls:(within 30 minutes driving)
   .The Treasure Coast Square-Route 1 in Jensen Beach
   .The Indian River Mall-Route 60 in Vero Beach
   .The Prime Outlet Mall-Vero Beach exit of I-95 and Route 60
-Discovery:-This resort is surrounded by many preserve beaches and 
areas that will allow you to view Florida and its wildlife totally 
untouched by man. If you drive south on A1A, mile after mile, you 
will find the whole area dotted with preserve beaches and amazing 
nature trails on the Indian River that are free and open to the 
public.
-Fun Education:-The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, UDT Navy 
Seal Museum and the Manatee Observation Area (all minutes away from 
Ocean Village) are fascinating, inexpensive and/or free.
-Bathtub Beach/Reef- 25 minutes south -great snorkeling/swimming for 
children
-Horseback Riding on the Beach-Frederick Douglass Memorial park-(3-4 
miles south of Ocean Village)-1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month-
$30.00

Restaurants:
*1-Kristi's on the Ocean-Elegant, gourmet food, happy hour, dancing, 
etc. You can dine inside or out.
*2-Rottie's-12 miles South on A1A in Jensen Beach-similar to 
Kristi's-has a huge outdoor casual Tiki Bar with great atmosphere at 
night-also right on the ocean.
*3-Tiki Bar and Restaurant- More casual-Not too expensive-Downtown 
Fort Pierce Marina-Large w/ two bars, everything to eat- seafood is 
scrumptious-you'll be surrounded on 3 sides by water and gorgeous 
boats, music, very relaxing.
*4-ManaTiki-Fort Pierce Marina-Similar to Tiki Bar and Restaurant-
Great atmosphere- you'll really relax here-lots of friendly locals.
*5-Archie's-Just a little north on A1A on the island- Right across 
the street from the beach-Jimmy Buffett atmosphere-good selection of 
food. 
*6-Goodfellows Pizza- You've never seen take out like this! The 
largest portions we've ever seen-delicious-extremely fresh-cheap-
they deliver!
 
Other suggested Favorites:
*Theo Thudpuckers- Great raw seafood-huge menu.
*Shuckers-Delicious food, casual seaside atmosphere.

Suggested Shopping:
*Downtown Fort Pierce-Many unusual gift shops, art galleries, etc. 
Favorite Store:"Picture Perfect"-Lots of "One of a Kind" 
sculptures, creations, paintings, decorations- Something for all 
price ranges.

*Downtown Stuart-You could shop all day and not see every store- 
each one with a different theme. Very "artsy" atmosphere mingled 
with great sports bars and restaurants. Favorite store: "Southern 
Styles of Stuart"-ladies clothing that is unusual, casual to dressy, 
very different designers. They also have a couch for your husband!!
* "Conch Alley"-US 1 Port St. Lucie- Gorgeous and reasonable seaside 
and shell creations- Great variety of shells of all sizes -very 
inexpensive.
