CityPlace located just 15 minutes north or Fort Lauderdale's Las
Olas neighborhood and Miami's South Beach, each a short drive south.
Your stay will be enjoyed by up to 6 people and you won't have to
leave your beloved pet at home. Sasso Vi has a built-in pet door
leading to a screened porch and fenced yard for safety. Monitored
safety alarm and fire detectors keep the whole family safe. New
bedroom furnishings and bedding will make Sasso Vi your home away
from home. Includes washer and dryer. Price includes all utilities.

High season/November through April - $1200/wk. $2600/month
May through August - $800/wk. $2000/month
September & October - $1000/wk. $2300/month*
$300 refundable cleaning deposit returned 15 days after property is
vacated and inventory taken. $500 deposit due at time of reservation
to insure occupancy. Receipt and contract will then be returned
within 15 days. Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. 50%
deposit refund if cancelled prior to 30 days or arrival. Cleaning
deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled at any time. THERE IS
NO DEPOSIT REFUND IF FULL BALANCE NOT RECEIVED, RENTOR DOES NOT
ARRIVE OR RESERVATION IS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO
ARRIVAL!!! Utilities included in rental price. There is no
additional cost for normal wear and cleaning. However, should
breakage occur or property damaged by pets or people, cleaning
deposit will not be refunded.
Occupant must follow all city ordinances and any charges incurred
due to excess noise, false alarms, etc... will be paid by rentor.
*All rates are up to 4 people. All extra individuals $100/ea. up to
6 people maximum.
