My apartment is a cozy, completely renovated 400 sq. ft 1 BR in a 
charming 19th-C. building on the cusp of the 5th and 13th 
arrondissements in the historic Gobelins area, a residential 
neighborhood near the Latin Quarter. It is a short walk to 
the Luxembourg Gardens, charming farmers'markets and 
more. Many tourist sights are an easy walk or a 10-15 minute 
metro ride. 
There are great restaurants, boulangeries, drycleaners and 
all services within a 1-block radius, and there's a friendly cafe 
right on the ground floor. [br]A metro
 line, several buses and a taxi stand are right on the 
corner to whisk you anywhere in the city in minutes.

 The apartment has retained its Old World charm (French windows, 
mouldings, marble fireplace) been totally redone and has it all, 
cable, DVD, VCR, UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS, dishwasher, washer 
and dryer, double-glazed windows, AC. Perfect for people who 
want to live like a native with all the comforts of home. The 
bedroom has a romantic view down an ancient cobblestone street. The 
living room has a comfy (non- convertible) sofa that can sleep one, 
and a fold-out single cot for a guest or kid. My guests all love it. 
The apartment is STRICTLY NON SMOKING. (I MEAN it!!) 

Walk to Latin Quarter, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens. The rue 
Mouffetard with its charming open market and adorable 
restaurants, cafes and shops is steps away. You are near 
boulangeries and supermarkets, as well as many movie theatres 
showing French and US films in English or dubbed in French. 

Rates range between 550-900 US per week, or between 90-130 per night 
depending on the time of year and the length of stay. I expect a 50% 
deposit to hold your time. You are billed the balance 1-2 weeks 
before your arrival. Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days 
before travel date, after which a penalty is imposed on a sliding 
scale. These are only general terms; please contact me to negotiate 
specific arrangments. 
The fee includes everything: maid service before and 
after, utilities, linens, internet, local phone, appliances, even 
adapters for US 
plugs. 
Just bring your suitcase and you are home!
