This 1850 square foot property is located in a gated, luxury 
townhouse community adjacent to a golf course.  The kitchen is 
complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, 
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils and all 
cookware and dishes from soup bowls to turkey roaster.  The kitchen 
has countertops with a beautiful Corian finish and a large amount of 
surface space.  There are loads of cupboards and drawers.  The 
floorplan has a greatroom opening to the kitchen, which means there 
is a large eat-at counter with four barstools and a second eating 
area with a table and four chairs.  The greatroom has a 60 inch big-
screen television and nice, comfortable furniture.  Both the kitchen 
and greatroom have wonderful light-colored tile, as does the oval 
entry, hallways, bathrooms and laundry room.  The bedrooms are 
carpeted.  The sliding glass door from the greatroom leads to a 
patio with a view of the Superstition Mountains.  There is a 
comfortable patio set and an electric grill.  The laundry room, off 
the kitchen, has a new washer and dryer and is adjacent to a two car 
garage with an electric opener.  You will be given a four digit code 
to enter through the main gate of the community as well as a remote 
control opener.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wonderful master bath with 
double sinks, tub and a separate shower.  There is also a roomy walk-
in closet.  You will enjoy the door exiting to the patio or you can 
sit comfortably in the bedroom and watch the 13 inch television.  
This floor plan is a split-master.  With two other bedrooms on the 
other side of the home, you will find the quiet and privacy you 
desire if you have guests.  One of the rooms has two twin beds and 
the other has a day bed.  It can be used as a sitting room if 
desired.  There is a desk and a comfy overstuffed chair.  There is 
another television for use in either room.  Basic cable is connected.

The two bathrooms are stocked with linens and you will find 
everything clean and nice for your comfort and enjoyment.

Golf is a major attraction in Gold Canyon.  This unit has the 
Sidewinder Golf Course (belonging to the Gold Canyon Golf Resort) 
directly across the street and accessible through the common area.  
No need to go out the gate of the community to get to the cart paths 
and take a nice walk or watch the golfers.  The resort itself offers 
two championship public courses and has the number one rated public 
course in Arizona.  There are actually a total of four courses 
within a six mile area and many others only a short drive away.

Besides golf, this community offers wonderful hiking trails nearby 
with ancient petroglyphs for viewing.  Outside the gate our 
community has a hiking path throughout.  If you enjoy drives, we are 
within 90 minutes of the mountains where you can find snow in the 
winter while we are in the 80’s here.  There is a quiet serenity in 
Gold Canyon, but we have numerous choices for restaurants and fast 
food and all the amenities such as banking, salons, dry cleaners, 
grocery store, fitness clubs, coffee houses, and more.  If that is 
not enough, an 8 minute drive will get you to a move complex, mall, 
and more restaurants than you can choose from..  Pinal county is 
a "dark county" which means there are restrictions for night 
lighting.  You will see the most amazing star filled skies and 
sunsets that will match any in the world.

We are two adult retired active people with no pets.  We ordinally 
travel in our motorhome but would also like to stay in one place for 
a particular period of time.  We would consider a home exchange to 
most places in the US, Europe, Australia, and Mexico. The exchange 
does not have to be simultaneous because our property to exchange is 
separate from our permanent residence.
