ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * All rates reflect eight persons or
less. $100 more per person after eight, up to twelve. * Half rent due
to secure home. Upon arrival second half rent due, Plus 10% Florida
Tax, $800 damage deposit (refunded two days after check-out if home
is left in the order it was found). NO PETS IN OR ON PROPERTY AND NO
SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN UNITS! If smoking in units is realized or
pets in or on property, loss of full deposit will be the result.
