Unit 306, Sandpiper at Destin West is a wonderful vacation 
destination.  Rental availability late 2004, this resort offers 
vacationers wonderful amenities like no other.  It is the only place 
on Okaloosa Island to offer its guests both bayside and gulfside 
beaches.  This unit has a "superior" rating from the on-site 
management company.  This is the highest rating awarded so you can 
expect all the extras to make your stay most enjoyable.  Unit 306 is 
furnished with very comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and a 
fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to satisfy the chef in 
your party.  This unit is tastefully decorated in shades of salmon, 
coral, reds and greens.  It is accented with faux finishing in 
different parts of the condo.  It is decorated in a very tropical 
theme.  The master bedroom has adjoining bath with a large walk-in 
closet.  A guest bedroom with large adjoining bath,bunk room with a 
futon bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa allows this unit to sleep 9 
very comfortably.  Sliding patio doors in the living room and master 
bedroom open to your own private balcony.  Looking out from the 
private balcony, you will be able to enjoy the pool area, 700' lazy 
river, 2 hot tubs and the 2 new pools to be completed by spring of 
2006.  This area is beautifully landscaped and lighted with colored 
lights at night to make it even more spectacular.  A walkway is to 
be completed by spring of 2006 to connect the bayside to the 
gulfside.  Guests can use all of the amenities at Destin West 
Gulfside and the Ramada Inn Plaza as well.  Kids will love the fun 
water garden located between the Ramada Inn Plaza and the Destin 
West Gulfside Resort.  Located just minutes from all the attractions 
Destin has to offer, less traffic, but yet right in the middle of 
all the action.
