Cancellations and Refunds
Reservation deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, less 
cancellation fee of 20% (percent) of the total reservation. Service 
fee will be refunded if owner is able to re-rent the condo for the 
same time period and price. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days 
prior to arrival and no refunds after occupancy has begun.

Deposits
Deposit of 50% of total stay is required to hold the condo 
reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
