To the posted weekly rates add State Taxes of 11.42+%, end of stay 
cleaning fee of $250 and $250 refundable security deposit.  5 night 
minimum stay, 7 night minimum for holidays.  Terms:  half down to 
confirm your stay, balance due 3 weeks prior to check in.

$376 per night for stays between April 15 and June 4 or September 5 
and December 5 excluding holidays.

$426 per night for stays all other nights of the year except holidays.

$476 per night for stays over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
