seven acre estate.Only the owners share this resort like setting with
lake, lily pond, gardens and views. No other homes in sight.
You enter the cottage through a full galley kitchen which opens to
a large bedroom/sitting room. A hall leads to the skylit bath.
The cottage is professionally decorated with a new queen sized
bed.hi riser bed serving as a sofa, comfy armchairs,tables, antiques
offset with up to the moment amenities.DVD, DSL, Cable and more.
From a picture window where a table is placed, one looks
over the flowers to see a lily pond and a clear, deep one acre lake
set off by mountain views. The back door opens to a private garden
with lawn chairs and an outdoor table for summer dining.
There is also a gazebo on the pond for reading and relaxing, a canoe,
and stream .

All rates include taxes and fees.
May specials: 3 or more week nights $125 each. Two night weekend,
$350. 3 night Memorial Day Weekend $475. $700 a week.
Spring:June 1 to June 21. $850/wk; $175/nt- 2 nt. minimum. Midweek
special
3 or more nights $150 each.
Summer:June 22 to Sept 3. $1150 a week. $185/nt. -3 nt. minimum
Fall:Sept 4 to Dec.31.$850 a wek. $175 - 2 nt. minimum
Winter: Jan 1 - April 31: $700 a week. 2 night weekend:$350
Off season - ask about mid week special rates.

50% deposit required upon reservation
Balance due upon Arrival
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 30
days
prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if canceled 15-30 days prior to
arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days
prior to arrival or for no shows or abbreviated stays.
