Description

Experience the old time Hawaii. This unique building brings back old
Hawaii, but offers a full condominium style. The unit contains a
king bed with a double futon with upgraded mattress that pulls out.
The unit is on the 5th floor with privacy on the lanai. You have a
full kitchen to prepare meals with all the equipment you need. You
have all the linens, towels and even beach towels in the unit. The
beach chairs are located on the lanai where you can store your
surfboard. The unit also includes a hairdryer and iron if needed.
Ice coolers provided with ice packs for drinks at the beach or that
specal picnic.

Take a swim in our sparkling pool after a long day at Waikiki Beach.
Grab a lounge chair to relax or read. A BBQ is provided so bring
your proper dishes that are in the unit to the pool to cook your
favorite meal and dine by tiki torches. Drop by the local tavern at
the entry of the units or use the sundry store also located there.
The unit is air conditioned or use the ceiling fan in the bedroom.
If you need to do laundry, there is a coin-operated room on the 1st
floor while you lounge at the pool.
A grocery store is only two blocks away along with many restaurants.

Attractions |

No need to leave Waikiki. Walk to the beach where you can enjoy
surfing, paddling, sailing or just relaxing. The "Beach Boys" can
provide additional gear for your beach adventures. Shop at the many
famous stores along Kalakaua Avenue or browse through the
International Market Place. A simple walk to Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani
Park or take the walking tour of Waikiki Beach. Before sunset take
your beach chair down to the Duke's Statue and watch the tiki torches
being lit, listen to Hawaiian music and see the hula preformed almost
nightly. Sometimes you can go to "Movie at the Beach", where a big
screen is constructed and many vendors sell food.
Oahu has many other places to go. Take a tour of Pearl Harbor.

Rates for 2012:
$80.00 US per night plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 3 nights
$525.00 US per week plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 7 nights
$1,950.00 US per month plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 25 nights
(Taxes subject to change at State's discretion)
Plus cleaning fee of $85.00 US for all rates.
Security deposit of $100.00 US and key deposit of $200.00 US (2 sets)
