You can take the staircase for exercise or to carry your surfboard to 
your front door where storage is available on the lanai.  There is a 
secure elevator to take all of your new found treasures to your well 
equipped unit.

The condo has a queen bedroom set and a double futon with upgraded 
mattress in the livingroom.  The unit is on the 5th floor which lends 
privacy on the lanai.  Your can prepare your meals in a full kitchen 
which includes a refrigerator, new stove, microwave, rice cooker, 
coffeemaker, toaster and a George Foreman Grill for the stay in 
nights.  We have a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, 
glasses, dishware and separate dishware/glasses for the pool area.

All linens, towels and even beach towels are included for your stay.  
Look for the beach chairs on the lanai.  No need to bring a hairdryer 
or iron; they are included in the unit.

The unit also includes a TV, DVD/VCR system and CD player.  The 
telephone can be used for local calls or dial up internet.  A calling 
card is needed for long distance.  Wireless internet at poolside.

Non-Smoking Unit

Walk into a lush courtyard where the sparkling pool invites you to 
swim.  Gather around one of the tables or grab a lounge chair for a 
rest.  Save some money and barbeque right next to the pool as the 
tiki torches light your dinner table.

If you need to do some wireless internet work, sit down at the pool.

There is a large coin-operated laundry room on the 1st floor.

Surfing is only a few blocks away on famous Waikiki Beach.  The beach 
boys are still there to give you lessons for surfing, paddling, 
sailing or just to supply you with items for the beach.  You are on 
the backside of the International Market Place for shopping, along 
with many famous stores along Kalahaua Avenue.  The Honolulu Zoo, 
Kapiolani Park and walking tour of Wakiki Beach is leisurely steps 
away.

Oahu offers many places to go.  There are tours of Pearl Harbor with 
the Arizona Museum.  Right next door are tours of a submarine and the 
famous Battleship USS Missouri -- The Mighty Mo!

Don't forget to visit the world famous North Shore near the town of 
Haleiwa or snorkel at Hanauma Bay.

Take a sunset sailing tour or an hawaiian luau.  You can always walk 
to the beach before sunset and set up your chair near the Duke's 
statue and watch the torches being lit and enjoy Hawaiian music and 
hula dancers.

Rates on July 1, 2010 and after:
$75.00 US per night plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 3 nights
$490.00 US per week plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 7 nights
$1,725.00 US per month plus state taxes 13.962% - Minimum 25 nights

Plus cleaning fee of $80.00 US for all rates.

Security deposit of $100.00 US and key deposit of $200.00 US (2 sets)
