Besides the spa-tub and the emaculate 'full-on' kitchen (furnished 
with every imaginable amenity) there is a flat screen TV ,CD 
player. Ipod ready.  High speed internet connection is 
available. Washer/Dryer & reserved free parking is just down stairs. 
The ocean is only thirty feet away -- it is like having your own 
private sea-water acquarium.  Tropical fish by the score and turtles 
can be seen playing in the surf.  Dolphin and whale watch from your 
own private floor to ceiling glass sitting room.  

Besides the internationally renowned active volcano and visitors 
center, we have almost a dozen world class telescopes on our highest 
mountain.  Of course, helicoptering, surfing, deep-sea-fishing, 
snorkling, diving, boating  and just hanging out on the beach are 
also available. You name it ... it is all here on the Big Island of 
Hawaii!

We offer and one week minimum at $125.00 per night.  Hawaii has an 
11.42 state tax and there is a one time charge of $95 dollars for 
cleaning. There is a 10% discount for stays of a month of longer
