Our condominium suite offers quiet privacy and all creature comforts
in a  spacious, tastefully appointed "home-away-from-home" atmosphere.
 This privately owned, newly renovated and furnished condo features a
well equipped new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, all new appliances and all
amenities including DSL and is upgraded thru-out well above the
"usual" rental property.  King bed in our Master Suite and 2 double
beds in our 2nd sleeping area.  Overhead fans thru-out, 2 color TVs on
cable, DVD, all linens and toweling.  You will enjoy sunsets and
wonderful views from our outdoor, furnished lanai.

All Resort amenities are open to you at no fee including swimming
pool, jacuzzis, sauna, tennis courts, gas barbeques & putting green. 
The Cliffs Resort is centrally located in Princeville and near to the
full shopping center, restaurants, beaches, hotel, library, golf
courses (rate discounts available), tennis complex and spa.   We have
lots of local information to share concerning tours, sightseeing,
Farmer's Markets, fishing hiking, kayaking and much, much more.

If golf is your passion, then Princeville is your paradise.  The famed
27-hole Makai Course, adjacent to The Cliffs, and the 18-hole Prince
Course are ranked among the world's most challenging and picturesque
championship courses.  The Prince Course is ranked #1 in the State of
Hawaii and will test your game from the ocean's edge, thru majestic
mango groves, over deep ravines to unhearalded hill tops with views
you will long remember.  The Makai Course, many years in Golf Digest's
"Top 100" is embodied of three 9-hole courses aptly named Ocean, Lakes
and Woods and there you will find just that to challenge your metal.  

If Tennis is your sport, then you will enjoy the Tennis Complex and
Club at the Makai Golf Course.  Both Tennis and Golf Professionals are
available if you wish to sharpen your games while on Kauai.   The
Prince Course boast of the complete, wonderful Spa.  

Visit Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of Pacific, the quaint villages
of Hanalei, Waimea, and Hanapepe, the Kilauea Light House and Bird
Santuary, the pristine Na Pali Coast, hike a Sleeping Giant, enjoy a
Farmer's Markets, Arboretums, a butterfly farm, a coffee or guava
plantation, or a sugar cane field by carriage.  Take a helicoper tour
over mountains untouched by man or take a movie lot tour.  Relax on
one of Kaua'i's 40 some beaches, don't miss Hanalei Bay recently voted
"7th Best Beach in World", swimming, scuba, snorkle, wind-surf,
