This lovely newly remodeled home is available for rent year round.  
The house is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac set back from 
the road on a flag lot.  The driveway is about 100 yards from the 
Beach Pavillion at Hanalei Bay and is an easy safe walk to the 
beach.  Hokulele Hale is bordered on two sides by undeveloped 
acreage with a creek running through the back yard.  

The house has lovely granite counters and tile floors through much 
of it. There are large covered lanais that surround the house giving 
you an expansive outdoor area to enjoy along with the indoor area.

The yard has been lovingly pampered and planted with a large variety 
of unusual and beautiful tropicals. We invite our guests to pick the 
flowers and bring them in to enjoy or to simply stroll through the 
garden and admire them in their natural setting.

The house is a single family dwelling with a large 3 bedroom, 2 
bathrooms, loft, kitchen and living room upstairs.  
This home is locally owned and operated.  We believe that the most 
important part of your vacation is not only your accommodations but

Cable TV, local phone, wireless internet access, beach toys, gas 
grill, outside hot/cold shower, well stocked pantry, luxurious 
towels, sheets and soaps. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in most 
of the rooms.  Washer, dryer, dishwasher and soaps for 
these.  Books, games, movies are available for you to use. Large 
lanais for entertaining or relaxing in the breeze. 

Next to Hanalei Bay and near the Hanalei River.  There are ocean 
activities from snorkeling to sailing, to kayaking, swimming and 
surfing.
Princeville Golf Course is just five miles up the road. In addition 
there are stables for horse rental and mountain biking roads within 
a few short miles.  From beginner to advanced.  Kauai has it all.
There are a number of incredible hiking trails within 20 minutes of 
the house.
Hanalei town is a quaint community with a variety of restaurants and 
shops all within walking distance of our home.

Hoku, the upstairs, is a huge 3 bedroom 2 bath with a sleeping 
loft.  This unit rents for $300/ night low season and $450/night 
high season

Hawaii tax of 11.416% tax is added to each of the above rents.

A $500 security deposit is required to hold your reservation.  It 
ranges.  This is nonrefundable if you cancel and the home is not 
rerented for your dates.  It will be returned at the end of your 
stay if there is no damage to the unit. The entire rent and cleaning 
fee are due and payable at least 60 days prior to check-in and are 
non refudable after that 
date unless the home can be rebooked for the dates you cancel.

Cleaning fees range from $250 - $500 but are stated on the contract 
so there are no surprise charges.  We do request that you treat the 
property and its contents with respect to help us keep the cleaning 
fees at the lower end of the range.
