Our 3 bedroom, 1 full bath home has 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 NEW 
queen sofa sleeper, 1 queen futon, 1 full futon. Our fully fenced 
yard has a lot of character to it. There are a lot of personal 
touches inside and outside our home! Our wooded setting offers 
plenty of privacy. We are close to the downtown turnaround (1/4 of a 
mile). We are located in the estuary of Seaside, this is where the 
Pacific Ocean and the Necanicum River meet. It is a great setting 
for wildlife watching. Herons, bald eagles, and even deer! 

We have all the amenities of home- if not MORE!!! We offer a fully 
equpped kitchen including microwave and coffee maker, waffle iron, 
toaster, toaster oven, blender & mixer, dishes, utensils, pots & 
pans. Our living room has a TV with extended cable, VCR, DVD, video 
& DVD movie library, Playstation 2 video game system with 2 
controllers and a few games, CD stereo, books, games, toys, beach 
chairs & toys, backyard firepit,small BBQ,FREE use of our crab pots 
and clam gun,hot tub- seating for up to 6.

Pacific Ocean & River offer boating opportunities, fishing,crabbing, 
clamming, kayaking, swimming. Downtown shopping & outlet mall, 
Public swimming pool, golfing nearby.

Winter rates Oct.- May  $125.00 midweek, $150.00 weekend  per night
Summer Rates June-Sept. $150.00 midweek, $200.00 weekend  per night
