Comfort & relaxation is the theme for this newly renovated vacation
beach rental home on the Texas Gulf Coast. Magnolia Cottage is just
moments from the beach & fully furnished--truly your home away from
home. Conveniently located on Matagorda Bay between Port Lavaca
and Port O'Connor, Magnolia Beach is a jewel of a place with near
pristine beaches for your pleasure.
For the history buff, this is an exciting place being adjacent to
Indianola, an early Texas port which once rivaled Galveston. Ocean
Drive has a ribbon of historical signs with information about the
area.
There is also a granite statue to the explorer, LaSalle who landed
here. Old Indianola has a interesting old cemetery, too.
This is a perfect house for the honeymooner as well as for small
family reunions; it sleeps up to 10 people--1 King, 2 Double and 4
single beds. There is ample Boat parking off the street.
One visitor had their grandchild say "I wish we could live here".

Magnolia Cottage is fully furnished with all linen, towels, dishes,
TV, DVD/VHS recorder, about 60 movies, (for kids as well), stereo
system, BBQ, games, books, magazines and so much more! Small pets
may be allowed, but decided upon an individual basis.

Fishing, bird watching, shelling, crabbing, boating, sailing, duck
and goose hunting, swimming, beach walking, dolphin watching, nearby
shopping, bird walk, marina, and nearby gambling boats for the
adventurous.

Rates |
|
Off-season rates: $100 per night or $500 per week.
High season rates: $125 per night or $700 per week.
2 Night Minimum.
Texas Hotel Tax of 6% charged
Signed short rental agreement needs to be completed and returned
with the payment.
To make a reservation, 1/2 of the total amount due to confirm the
reservation. The balance due 30 days before arrival to give us time
to send maps and keys.
IF you do NOT have a deposit, you do NOT have a reservation.
Cancellation policy--30 days before arrival. If cancelled less than
30 days, the deposit is not returnable unless a replacement visitor
can be scheduled. A $35.00 cancellation fee could be charged.
