This Maui condo is Located on the beach of Kihei, Maui in Hawaii on 
Sugar Beach, offers ocean view, beach, snorkeling, swimming pool, 
air conditioning, nearby shopping.  Rates are much lower than 
comparable Maui condos in the area.  Most visitors to our condo 
return repeatedly.
Our lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath, and 3 bedroom 2 bath 
condo is on the "sunny south shore" of Maui.  The condos are fully 
furnished and completely equipped to make your vacation "No Ka Oi" 
(the best!). 
The 1 bedroom unit accommodates 3 people and the 3 bedroom unit is 
actualy 2 bd and a den that has a door that closes and accommodates 6 
persons. The units feature complete updated new kitchen with solid 
granite counters and travertine floors thru out it is fully 
equipped,including microwave oven, new flat screen large color TV, 
Dvd/Vhs player, security safe, all Egyptian cotten linens, a New 
memory foam matress  beach towels and private telephone and free high 
speed internet(no charge for local calls). Washers and dryers are 
available on each floor. Amenities on the property include a pool, 
ocean front BBQs,  ocean sunsets and even whale watching in season 
from the patio and lanai. 

The Kihei area has a near perfect climate with cooling trade 
winds The Condominium is located on a 3 mile-long sandy beach.  
Swimming, snorkeling and jogging abound.    
You can go snorkeling to see the "unofficial" state fish 
(Humuhumunukunukukuapua) Swimming in the calm waters Maalai bay, 
Body Surfing Laying under a coconut Tree, reading your favorite book 
(Also a library of books for your enjoyment in the Laundry area) 
Diving Deep Sea Fishing (the best in the world) Golf on our 
championship courses of Maui, Tennis Surfing Windsurfing Whale 
Watching normally from November until March (Whales Love MAUI) 
Swim w/the green turtles (just don't touch) 

Hiking, Biking,Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Shopping, 
restaurants, sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, boating,

Summer rates April 15-November 15 are $145.00-$175 +11.41% Hotel and 
excise tax. There are no minimum nights required, there is a $80.00 
one time cleaning fee. 
Winter rates Nov 15-April 14 are #165.00-$190.00 a night plus 
applicable taxes,
