The main living accommodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home 
with 
ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.  The house has 3 
bedrooms.  The master contains a king bed, the second bedroom has a 
queen bed and the third has twins.

The main living area is open and contains a kithen, dining room, 
living 
room and library.  Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.

A separate pool house overlooks the private swimming pool and is 
small 
but has a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double 
bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.  It is perfect for a couple, 
couple with small children or 6 youngsters.

The house is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.

The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 
2008.  New windows and doors, new appliances and furnishings, new 
kitchen and bath and new ceilings and floors were installed.

Private swimming pool and ocean access to  miles of sandy beach.  
Tennis, golf, scuba, swimming, beach walking, wind surfing and 
surfing 
are at your doorstep.  Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are 
within walking distance.  Wailea, Makena and hotel entertainment are 
nearby.

Additonal people including children - $35 per day

Hawaii tax 11.42%
One week minimum

Christmas holiday 2 week minimum $500 per day

Deposit of one third within one week of holding time
The remainder is due 30 days before arrival.
