with gorgeous views of the ocean, ready all the time for your enjoyment,
all tile shower and luxury bath fixtures, bidet, TV, and gorgeous ocean
views.
The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed, TV and a beautiful oceanview.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and ocean views from both windows.
The living area has a queen size punee bed which can be used for
additional sleeping space or as a relaxing reading corner
The gourmet kitchen with magnetic induction cooktop, microwave,
conventional oven, is completely equipped, and has a view of pool to
watch the kids.
The living room has an open-beam ceiling, and spectacular ocean views
as the glass walls let the beauty of the outside in, a Koa-wood mantled
wood burning fireplace. (not really needed for heat, but fun for ambiance)
Media room has a home theater w/ 6 speaker Dolby surround, satellite
TV, dvd player, cd player, VCR, dvd's and cd's included.
Dining room has view of pool.
Laundry room includes washer and dryer, ironing etc. conveniently
located off the kitchen.
Windward observation deck, 1,200 square feet for whale watching.
Leeward pool and spa deck, 2,000 square feet for sunbathing,
barbequeing and relaxing. Gas barbeque and beach coolers included.
Swimming pool is computerized, solar heated, all tile interior, with 80
foot waterslide, attached 12 person spa with propane heater,
underwater cave, 2 waterfalls, 3 meter platform, attached pond with
additional waterfall. It's outrageous!
