This is a great location. We are NOT a high rise. Your condo is on 
the 
2nd level of a two story building allowing you to have soaring 
ceilings in 
the spacious living room. There are only 52 condos in this resort 
yet, we 
have 2 1/2 acres of lush tropical vegetation. This is an inordinate 
amount 
of land for so few condos.
The condo is decorated with a nice tropical flair. We have new 
furniture, 
tropical fans, 42" plasma television and all the comforts of home. 
One entire living room wall has been mirrored adding to your great 
view.  
Most condos in West Maui are accessed by Lower Honoapiilani Road. 
Many condos close to the road have lots of street noise. That's the 
last 
thing you want when you're in paradise. Come on down to the ocean! If 
the sound of waves lapping at the oceans edge and the sight of tikki 
torches burning into the night bother you......this is not the condo 
for 
you.
Your kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped. Just bring what 
you 
want to eat and drink. You'll have the all important tropical blender.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with television dvd/vcr.
You'll have a nice queen bed in the large loft area.
You'll have full bathrooms on each level.
You have outstanding views from your lanai, living room and kitchen.
We have an amenity that is a one of a kind. We have the only deck 
that 
extends over the ocean, in all of Maui. This deck is THE GATHERING 
SPOT each evening for guests who want to cook a meal on one of our 3 
large gas grills or to watch our resident sea turtles or to simply 
kick 
back and take in a majestic Maui sunset.
I can't tell you how much this deck will mean to you.
