We call our condo "Magic At The Palms".  It's where your vacation 
magic begins.
Location: Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida,USA (approximately 5 miles 
west of Walt Disney World main gate entrance on Hwy 192).  The 
Grand Palms Condominium is in the quiet residential area of the 
Lindfield development.
   When arriving at the condo, there is a lockbox at the front door 
for the key.  There is no need to drive across town and check-in 
with a management company before entering the condo.  Our 
beautifully furnished condominium has central air/heat, free local 
phone service with hi-speed internet access and a spacious living 
and formal dining area.  The living area provides a queen size sofa 
sleeper, 25 inch remote control tv with cable/dvd/vcr.  Off the 
living area is your own screened in lanai (patio) with table 
and four chairs.  The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a 
comfortable king size bed, 19 inch remote control tv with cable/vcr 
and  a ceiling fan for your added comfort.  This room is made 
complete with a full size en-suite bathroom (hair dryer included).  
The second spacious bedroom has a queen size bed and a 19 inch 
remote control tv with cable/vcr.  A third bedroom located near the 
master bath completes the sleeping quarter arrangements and is 
furnished with twin beds and a 19 inch remote control tv with cable.
   A fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances: 
refrigerator/ice maker, oven, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 
microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, all cooking 
utensils, silverware and dishes.  (linens and towels are also 
provided).  There is also an under the cabinet AM/FM/CD player.  The 
full size washer and dryer are hidden behind louver doors.

   Just a few steps away from the lanai, head over to play a game or 
two of tennis.  After your match, stroll over and jump into the 
heated community swimming pool or slip into the bubbling spa.  If 
you want to get your blood flowing, head into the exercise room for 
a workout.
   If your in the mood for outdoor cooking, we have a picnic area.  
There are plenty of grills to prepare your meal, and picnic tables 
to enjoy your food outside in the Florida sunshine.  In the evening 
enjoy a quiet night gazing at the stars in the gazebo.

All the Magic of Disney, the thrills of Universal Studios, the 
soakings of Wet'N Wild, the shows at Sea World, the rides at Busch 
Gardens, Many Golf Courses, Museums, Theaters, Fine Dining, Shopping
