Enjoy a wonderful Pacific Grove Cottage. The house is ideally 
located 
so that you can park your car and enjoy walks to downtown 
restaurants 
and shops (three blocks), Lover's Point, Asilomar Beach, the Monarch 
Butterfly Grove, Point Pinos Lighthouse and other sites. Cannery 
Row, 
Monterey Bay Aquarium and Pacific Grove Golf Links are a five-minute 
drive away. 

The home offers two bedrooms (queen bed in each),a bath, full 
kitchen 
(no dishwasher) and eating area, living room with a pullout couch. 
Detached guest room and bath accommodates two people (pull-out 
double bed). Wonderful yard with lawn, garden, fountain, brick patio 
and 
furniture allows you to enjoy Pacific Grove from your very own yard! 
The 
house is tastefully furnished and decorated. This is our vacation 
getaway, too, so much care and pride is taken in the home. Fall and 
Winter dates are still available.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Cleaning Fee: $100/per stay.
Security Deposit/Booking Guarantee of $250 is required to confirm 
reservation. Refunded within two weeks of departure.
Rates higher during AT&T Pro-Am week, during high season and over 
holidays.
