This is a cozy efficiency privately owned Condo steps from pool and
only 1/2 block walk to the Ocean and Beach. There are 2 twin beds, 2
overstuffed chairs and nite stand, color TV with cable channels, lg 9
drawer dresser, kitchen with table and 2 chairs, full sz refrigerator, apt
size range, Wall unit Air Conditioner/Heat only 4 years old, walk in
closet, lots of windows , one facing due East and the other two facing
the pool area from my first floor condo....
..Pots and Pans, all linens included...Laundry room on the premises
private parking for passenger car, van or small truck ok. Barbeque area
for cook out. 2 chairs and small table outside each condo
No condo association interview required but application to be
completed by rentor and paid in advance with reservation.
Pets not permitted and no "spring breakers" as this is a very quiet
smaller complex of repeat rentors who enjoy the time spent where they
can walk to all the various beach activities and restaurants including the
fishing pier. Minutes drive to major shopping in Deerfield Beach or
nearby Boca Raton, Florida....
February and March into first week of April 2006 booked many months
ago.....available from April 10th on........
