We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos, the most beautiful
and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and
3 km from the small port of AGIOS NIKOLAOS, which is the only port
with ferries to KEFALONIA.

Blue Caves Villas are on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm,
with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the north western
part of the island.The villas have been constructed using only
natural materials, stone and wood in full harmony with the natural
environment. They are built on the rocks on top of the spectacular
Blue Caves, rich in light, blue - green crystal clear water and sandy
shores. The villas have direct access to the sea and Priests Cave
where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days

We have 4 traditionally designed Zakynthian stone villas very
tastefully decorated and well equipped to accommodate home comforts.
All the villas have privacy, their own pools with hydro massage areas
and access to the sea and "Priest's Cave".

Villa Deep Blue: The main builing is 200sqm. The top level has a
sitting and dining area,fully equipped large kitchen and one bedroom.
It has a very homelike and comfortable atmosphere. On the large
covered veranda you may enjoy an amazing sea view. The ground level
contains two bedrooms, 35 and 40 sqm each, with their own entrances
and verandas, bathrooms and small kitchenettes. The guesthouse is an
independent part of Deep Blue Villa, 50sqm air-conditioned studio
with it's own privacy and beautiful view of Kefalonia Island. There
are areas for relaxing and dining outdoors, and a traditional village
oven and a barbecue.

Villa Crystal & Purple: 110 sqm each house with 3 bedrooms and a
private swimming pool with hydro massage. On the ground level are 2
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-dining room and a kitchen. On the top
level is one bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large covered veranda with an
amazing panoramic sea view.

Villa Palace: Very comfortable new (2008) Zakynthian, traditionally
designed stone villa with five bedrooms. The villa has a private big
pool and hydro massage area, direct access to the sea and impressive
Priest's Cave. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen
with an open large sitting and dining room, one master bedroom and
two bathrooms. The top floor contains four bedrooms (two master
bedrooms and two with single beds 2+3), three bathrooms and a large
covered veranda where you may enjoy an amazing sea view.

The villas are ideal for groups of friends, couples, families, and
incentives. They can accommodate from 30 to 35 people and can be
rented separately or together. Each has it's own privacy and direct
access to the sea. They permit much relaxation, which can be combined
with body and spiritual activities.
