With our Fully Equipped Kitchen & Propane BBQ, you don't have to eat 
out every night unless you want the change of pace from being at home.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Second Bedroom has a Queen 
Bed. Air Mattress is available. Shower in Master Bath and Tub with 
Shower in Second Bath.TV's in Both Bedrooms and Kitchen area.

Hot Tub Area is Screened from neighbors for privacy, and large 
Turquoise Bath Sheets and loaner sandals area available for use with 
the Hot Tub. 

Amenities:  Welcome binder which includes brochures detailing area 
activities along with local restaurant menus. Complementary 
information package mailed to guests who are not familiar with the 
area.
 
Telephone for local calls and credit card long distance. 

 Cable TV, TV/VCR, stereo, CD/DVD player and VHS/DVD movie library 
in the living room.  Games, cards, puzzles available. TV in dining

and in Both bedrooms. 

Full kitchen very well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils,  
dishes, etc.  Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker.  We 
attempt to keep Cottage supplied with complimentary coffee beans in 
the freezer, and a coffee grinder in the pantry.

 There is also complimentary popcorn in the pantry.  Some staples are 
already in the refrigerator and/or cupboards.

Washer and Dryer; 
Gas Barbeque grill and Patio table.  Private hot tub which seats 4-
5.  
Smoking is outside only.

Year Round ct $155.00 a night (2 People) $10.00 per
