A choice of two lovely and fully furnished cottages awaits you on 
  the 
  island called Great Abaco, 175 miles due East of Palm Beach, 
 Florida 
  and just outside Marsh Harbour at DoneReach, Abaco, Bahamas. 
  DoneReach, a three bedroom two bathroom seaside house with 
  spectacular views over the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean; 
 and, 
  DoneReach BoatHouse, our dockside one bedroom one bathroom 
  cottage provides a charming venue for a true "on the water" living 
  experience. Situate on a hill on a peninsula virtually surrounded 
 by 
  the 
  turquoise sea, DoneReach and DoneReach BoatHouse are located on a 
  private road 3 miles from Marsh Harbour, the third largest 
  settlement in 
  the islands and far from the hustle bustle of Nassau and Freeport 
  and 
  their highrises and casinos. Both cottages are private and neither 
  can 
  be seen or heard from the other, but they are not remote and are 
  close 
  to all the amenities, good restaurants, ferries, marinas, car, 
 boat, 
  bike 
  and motor scooter rentals and a variety of shops. Two fully stocked 
  and 
  modern grocery stores are just 3 miles from DoneReach.
  DoneReach is 15 minutes by taxi from Marsh Harbour's international 
  airport which is serviced daily with flights from Miami, West Palm 
  Beach, Fort Lauderdale and other Florida airports. And, DoneReach 
 is 
  at the center of all the activity in the Abacos. 20 minutes by 
  rental boat 
  or ferry to all of the other out islands and secluded beaches in 
 the 
  hub 
  of Abaco.
    

DoneReach is air conditioned and has ceiling paddle fans in every 
  room 
  to supplement the nearly always present moderating breezes. Two 
  bedrooms have queen size beds and one has twin beds. Large decks 
  on both sides of the house provide alternate places to sit and 
  relax, 
  depending upon the movement of the Sun and the the everchanging 
  winds. Beach and deck furniture is abundant.
  DoneReach BoatHouse is also air conditioned and has ceiling fans 
  throughout.
  Done Reach and BoatHouse are separate and private from each other 
  but both have the exclusive use of the private dock and beach and 
  its' 
  unique seaside saltwater sunpool. 
  DoneReach and BoatHouse are available for rent together as a unit 
  for 
  groups of up to 8 guests or individually for up to 6 guests in 
  DoneReach 
  or 2 guests in BoatHouse. The cottages will never be rented to two 
  different groups of guests at any time.
  Our wonderful private dock is available for your rental boat which 
  you 
  will use to visit the out islands, go fishing, snorkeling, shopping 
  and 
  exploring.  

November-April
  
  DoneReach:
  $2,000 per  week for up to 4 guests
  $2,400 per week for 5 or 6 guests
  
  DoneReach BoatHouse:
  $1,400 per week for 2 guests
  
  May-August
  $2,200 per week for up to 4 guests
  $2,600 per week for 5 or 6 guests
  
  DoneReach BoatHouse;
  $1,500 per week for 2 guests
  
  Rentals are by the week from Saturday 3 P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M.
  
  A deposit of 50% of the renttal amount is required to confirm all 
  reservations and the balance is due 60 days prior to the rental 
  period.
  
  A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required of all 
  first time renters.
  
  Add 10% holiday surcharge for all major US holidays
